Did anyone else notice the screwup on the embarkation photos? I was just looking through all my shutters pics and saw that our embarkation picture says "Grand Cayman" on it as one of the stops.

Dody - I noticed it as soon as I saw it and asked the people if our port had been changed - they didn't know they'd messed up - I took it anyway, and later in the week (forget which day) asked them to reprint it, and they said that they'd reprinted all of them (and sure enough, they had). If you want me to scan the correct one and email it to you, just PM me - diana

look at the numbers on the back of the picture - i believe that is what they used when i had them reprint one of our pix that had someone's fingerprints all over it - hopefully they can do it that way....if not, i'd be happy to send you our scan...diana

My dh noticed that immediately and we were hoping that it was a subtle hint that were were going to Grand Cayman. I went back to ask and they told me that that was just the template that they use and that it couldn't be changed. I loved the photo that had that on it, but didn't buy the photo for that reason. I think that the template excuse was really lame.

HEY PJ!!! The kids had a blast on CC with you and everyone else who ventured into the water Friday. I know that they fully expect you to be with us next year. I can't say much more or I am going to start crying again.

We got in this afternoon and have been doing laundry ever since.
There are three parymids in the livingroom.

Elaine, I have a picture of your family up and down the temple of the faces in Konh(whatever). I'll get it to you shortly.

I had a wonderful time meeting everyone and thanks for making it a magical cruise!

Since we are all just back from Mexico I would like to share this recipe for a special holiday cake.



THIS GETS BETTER EVERY TIME I SEE IT. DON'T FORGET TO START YOUR CHRISTMAS BAKING.

Tequila Christmas Cake

1 cup water

1 tsp. baking soda

1 cup sugar

1 tsp. salt

1 cup of brown sugar

Lemon juice

4 large eggs

Nuts

1 bottle tequila

2 cups dried fruit

Sample the tequila to check quality.

Take a large bowl, check the tequila again to be sure it is of the
highest quality, pour one level cup and drink.

Repeat.

Turn on the electric mixer.

Beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl.

Add one teaspoon of sugar. Beat again.

At this point its best to make sure the tequila is still OK. Try another
cup...just in case.

Turn off the mixerer thingy.

Break 2 leggs and add to the bowl and chuck in the cup of dried fruit.

Pick the frigging fruit up off the floor.

Mix on the turner.

If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaterers just pry it loose with a
drewscriver.

Sample the tequila to check for tonsisticity.

Next, sift two cups of salt. Or something.

Check the tequila.

Now shift the lemon juice and strain your nuts.

Add one table.

Add a spoon of sugar, or somefink. Whatever you can find.

Greash the oven.

Turn the cake tin 360 degrees and try not to fall over.

Don't forget to beat off the turner.

Finally, throw the bowl through the window.

Finish the tequila and wipe counter with the cat.
