Dh and I had moved to Oregon and I did pretty well while there but then we had to move back here so I now suffer again.

Thankfully for me one dose doesn't make me drowsy but if I have to take two then I feel very drowsy

Checking how the big changeover at work is going. Some of the people learning Spainish now? Hope all is going well with that. And good luck sleeping earlier. I am trying that too now that i got to be at work at 5 three morning in a row!
