I'm ok with Will getting knocked off, but not Jack!!! will is easy on the eye but there isn't much chemistry between him and Elizabeth. Hey, we could have POTC 4 with Jack and a new cast!

Okay...before I ruin my eyesight and catch up since last night....has anyone gotten a call yet today? Was anyone other than me even waiting for a call???

I am curious about the cat 1 request I made in '05. When I originally made it I asked for the 3rd or 4th week on 08/08.

I never thought that would wind up to be a repo so the reality is I don't want to spend 25 - 30k on a stateroom so even if I get the call I might just pass depending on price. At cat one for the 3rd or 4th would have been doable, but not both. I am mostly curious if my request from 07/11/05 was earlier to garner a call.

My gut feeling is that there will be plenty of VIPs on the Magic for the repos so even if my request was on the top of the list I am not really expecting a call.

Pretty much. The best part was that a DISer happened to be in the area and wanted to know if they knew about the Roy.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the important part. This was a surprise!! My family thought we were staying in a cat 6.

It is not the greatest video in the world and there was a lot of running around so it is a bit frantic but still fun just the same.

Jeff, I'm also using AST and just confirmed my request. Unfortunately they said I would prob be notified later in the day. Bummer, I was hoping for an early am call. It's hard putting a price on what to spend. I will be at work, so Rich will have to confirm the stateroom. I usually do the ressies (as I like to be in control )and don't think I would be able to call in sick this month, or could I?????

Judy, I will be picking up the kids today and will get Morgan to tell me all about the exhibit at OSC.I can get feedback from all of them.

And then there was my DD....

She had the bobblehead lime green shirt like the rest of us..... and was going to wear it under protest...

But then when we stopped at Walmart for cases of water....she found a tinkerbell shirt in the same shade of lime green.....

Needless to say i know where to pick my battles.. darn pixie won out

DH down right refused when I finally gave it to him the morning of the cruise.

well he does look pretty good in those posters. Better than usual as a matter of fact. You see I am an Orlando Bloom as Legolas kind of person.
I guess I always kind of wanted Elizabeth to end up with Jack the bad boy. I love the bad boys.

Another volunteer to lead the Aruba Tour!!!!!!!!
Caroline---you do realize that the only requirements are .......you ve been there. Captain of course is our feerless leader so he has to lead even if he does not know where he is going.

The Captain led us well in Cozumel. It was a great trip! But Aruba is much smaller... I think there was one hotel when I was there. There was the port and beach, the overhang site, the "other' side with absolutely nothing there, the bat cave, and where the residents worked and lived, in that order around the island. I think if we drove straight around without stopping it would have taken no more than a half an hour, if that.

Is anyone else exhausted by this thread? I find it very stressful just trying to keep up with all the reading. I think I had something like 40 pages to wade through this morning. PLEASE tell me it will NOT get worse when we're actually booked! Maybe someone should start a new thread for the people who can't devote hugh chunks of time to this.....I don't know how you guys do it. Seriously, I want to be a part of the action, but really can't keep up. Please tell me I'm not the only one.

Only one thread per Cruise .....the lil tid bits on the first page are great for catching up ....

I was just looking for a thread for this cruise- I figured there already was one and I was right!

Stacey... are you going on this cruise? I thought I was on the wrong thread there for a minute, when I saw your post first thing when I clicked the last page of this thread. LOL

Anywho... looks like this is the cruise we're going to "reposition" ourselves to (ironic huh?) We had planned back to back 7 day cruises in June 2008 but as we all know, best laid plans and all that....

Now just the wait to find out what rooms we end up with for this cruise, how much it's going to cost us, etc.
