Gottaplay credit showed up!!

got my credit this morning.. I canceled on 3/7
 
I think it really depends on your credit card company. Mine just showed up as a credit on 3/5 today.

My cc company is Chase. I called them on 3/8 and there was nothing showing except for some reason, in additoin to the $13.95 charged to my account on 3/1 (I signed up on 2/28) it still showed a purchase of $13.95 pending on 2/28! Since Gottaplay says they credited me on 3/1 and my cc company says no -- guess I have to file a dispute, which I have never done before.. I checked the website this morning and the charge is still there.... :confused3
 
I joined 3/1, cancelled 3/4 and my credit showed up today. It is dated 3/6 though. I never called or e-mailed them, just cancelled at the website.

I used chase for this offer as well and my refund isn't showing up for this yet either :sad2:
 
Well i'm so glad to hear others getting credit. I bet mine will show up early next week. Positive thinking:lmao: !
 
I used chase also. signed up on 3/1.

I checked this morning and there was no info at all...:confused3
 
Since there are three of us here who used chase and are still waiting for credit, maybe it is Chase then?? Did anyone who received a credit use Chase??
 
Hate to crush your theory, but my card was my Chase Disney Visa and I got credited within 2 days of cancelling.... :confused3
 
I cancelled on 3-1 and I have not been credited.....:sad2: It looks like that is my luck this weekend! Have not gotten credited for QR's Instant Grant Finder or SR's Overnight Geniuis. I think I will take it easy the next couple of weeks with offers....

Nothing yet! I left a message on Saturday asking them to call me so we will see. If I don't hear from them today I will contact cc company again and file a dispute, I guess. What are you going to do? Have you e-mailed them or called them? What, if any, response have you gotten from them? I can't believe they tell me they credited me on 3/1 and nothing has shown up so far!! :(
 
I sent another email this morning so I am going to wait for that. I want to give it some time since there are many credit. I think I will give it a few days then file a dispute.
 
Still no credit for me! It doesn't make sense that they just wouldn't credit some of us and credit others. I canceled on the 1st so not counting that as a business day it means that today is the 7th business days since I canceled. I'll probably give it until the end of the week before filing any disputes. I'm thinking positive that they are working on getting my credit in my account!
 
Am I the ONLY one who was told by them that they HAD credited me? I cancelled on 2/28 and they said they credited me on 3/1.
 
Hey Lorie! No, you're not the only one. I finally received an email back from them this weekend. Here's what it said:

"Dear Diane,

Thank you for contacting us with your billing concern. If you read the full disclosure that is posted on the original sign up page, it explains that all plans are charged for the initial $1 ten day trial period and the first full month of service in advance. Customers who cancel during the trial period are refunded the monthly service amount.

According to our records, your refund has already been submitted to your bank for processing.

I can't say for sure that my credit has or has not been processed. Chase still hasn't given me back the ability to see my Disney VISA activity online, and I haven't called them today to see if the credit is there or not. I'll let you know when I have more information....
