We are Castaway Club members so we can book the 9th. I think it is the 24th if you aren't.

I am staying at Port Orleans Riverside after the cruise for 7 nights. Anyone else going to be there?

We are staying at SSR from the 6th -10th
Then from the 14th to 21st.
So if you want to get together let us know.

MK sounds like a good choice. Considering you can't buy alcohol there, it will give some of our livers a well deserved break.

Sorry about the confusing abbrevation.

I am not sure if I am the right person to ask. I bought before I even saw anything. I actually bought before we went to WDW. (I had been before, but never as an adult) We had been the Disneyland several times and I knew I could use the points there if I didn't like Disneyworld. If you can find someone you trust to rent from I would rent first. I have "control" issues so I knew renting was not for me. I needed to be able to pick up the phone and talk to member services whenever I wanted to. I still love logging into my DVC account and looking at my points and my upcoming vacations. I would never tell anyone this outside of these boards.

O.K. just for thought DH and I are looking to rent points for one night a Wednesday because we are coming in a day earier than planed.
Now I think he wanted to be at SSR which is where our ressie for the rest of the time is. However we have been thinking of buying beach club through TSS. Keep in mind we have never rented points before. So my question then is, how hard is it going to be getting someone honest to rent us points for 1 night?

No, girls are much better than boys...

No Kidding!!!
I trained 2 girls and 2 boys
I would train 5 girls over one boy anyday.
DS11 now he wanted nothing to do with being potty trained.
We had been trying for about 6 months with no success.
He was 3 at this point and was going to be starting school.
Well I wound up taking in a 3 year old girl for 3 weeks babysitting while her mom worked due to abuse in the daycare.
Mom I knew well, she called me beside herself.
I told her bring her here.
That first day she told me her daughter wasn't trained but needed to be and could I just see what I could do.
I told DS that he could just stay in his diaper.
That Larissa and I were going to have fun being big girls.
I had both trained in 4 days.
For boys it's the competion I think that's what did it for DS anyway.
That's one down, and I will not tell you the story of the second DS.

I would love to get together. This is a solo trip for me so other than the DIS meets I don't have any plans.

I think it won't be too hard. I think people still have developer points. The developer points are only good at SSR.
