Weight Watcher recipes anyone?

I've got lots of books at home - are you looking for anything in particular?

I quite often make regular stuff but instead of all the cheese add just a little grated parmesan, or sub out sour cream for 1/2 fat creme fraiche

This is my favorite and easy too!

Taco Soup 1 cup = 1 pt

48 oz jar of Randall White Great Northern Beans (Drain & rinse)
2 cups of Whole Kernel corn (2-11 oz cans)
2-28 oz cans of Diced Tomatoes Del Fratelli Seasoned
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup water
1 pkg of Taco Seasoning Mix
1 pkg of Hidden Valley Ranch Party Dip

Mix all of the above ingredients in a crock pot or pot on stove. Bring to a boik and simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 10 cups.

I don't use the whole Taco packet, just half. I also make a batch and put it in the glad containers and freeze it. Great for lunch!

I am new to WW and just looking for any recipes. I found a mock Wendy's frosty that I will post. I don't know the points but it should be pretty low.

Mock Wendy's Frosty

1 cup milk
2 Tbsp. ff/sf instant chocolate pudding (dry mix)
2 heaping Tbsp. ff whipped topping
8 ice cubes

Throw it all in the blender until smooth.

Texas Chicken

Ingredients
1 cup salsa
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp dijon mustard
4 raw boneless/skinless chicken breasts

Instructions
Mix salsa, sugar, and mustard together. Place chicken in a 9X13 dish. Pour salsa mixture over chicken. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes.

Special Notes
You can marinate this for a stronger flavor...it's a nice sweet and spicy kick. My husband and I add a slice of 2% pepperjack on top to make it even better. Enjoy
