The Remy Thread-Chefs de France (schedule in 1st post)

Main character of the Disney/Pixar film "Ratatouille." Remy is a rat who wants to be a gourmet chef. Kind of a tough gig for a rat.

WDW has an "animatronic" Remy who visits tables at Chefs de France. He is not a full costumed character.

Thank you! Now I get it!

My DD really wants to see Remy. I found this schedule for his appearances on this week's schedule as posted by Steve Soares. Does anyone know if this is a pretty regular schedule? Of course, I have an ADR on a Sunday. I'll switch it to Mon Sept 6 instead.

Remy Experience
Inside Les Chefs de France.
Monday-Saturday at 12:30, 1:40, 2:50 & 5:20pm

Thanks for your help.

I saw him on a Thursday a few weeks ago and he came out right at 12:30 pm. I think we were the 4th table he went to.

Has anyone been to Le Chefs de France recently and can tell me if they still have the $20 3-course lunch available? Thanks!

Just so you are aware ...It is not a character meal in the traditional sense.Remy is small and wheels around the dining area on a serving cart and puts on a little show.He comes out at the times listed. They do not re-visit sections. He DOES NOT come around more than once, so if you miss him ( you aren't seated on time, or in the bathroom etc)you miss him.

Very true. He only comes around and doesn't stay at each table but for maybe 15-20 seconds. We were able to get 2 quick pics, that's all. My DP had NO idea he was there, so she was THRILLED. One of my FAV pics is her & him, SO cute! ;)

Ok everybody...this can be labled INSANE now...over 35000 hits...and multipul news stations have the video..as well as a guy from ct.tv wants an interview.

Not exactly correct. We were there on 3/3 and saw him twice, and it wasn't necessarily a long lunch by any means. He and his handler even interacted with our DDS do get them to eat more of their lunches. :)

You were lucky then..Both times we have eaten there he went through only the one time

It might have been that it was a bit of a late lunch. Chefs was busy when we first arrived for our ADR ~1pm, but had emptied out quite a bit by the time we were finished ~2pm. Oddly this was also the first day of the Flower Festival, so Epcot was not slow by any means.

We have a 1:30 reservation. Does Chefs typically seat parties on time? I would hate to miss the little guy. How long does it take him to make the rounds?

We eat there alot..MOST times seated on time.Never early.Last time we got seated almost 30 mins late and missed Remy

Will Remy still be at Chefs de France in August? I recall there was one day a week he was not there... Does anyone know his schedule?

Not there on Sundays, unless they change the schedule. And only appears during lunch up to early dinner time. I think his last roll thru the restaurant is around 5pm.
