Just finished making my FE gift for everyone - whew! Now I just need to go count the roster to see how many copies I need to print.

Thanks to all those arranging the meets and gifts that will make this cruise extra special...as if it wasn't special enough already!

I like no rain in the bahamas... but looks like predicted rain at WDW on the 25th and 26th.
I hope it won't mess up the BBQ.
Is there an alternate place if there's rain?
I'd hate for all those food/effort to go to waste.

We're wearing tuxes and fancy dress for the "dress up" night. We figure even if its just a 4 night it is the inaugural of the ship.

I'm not that industrious... can't convince DH to suit up either, so it'll be a nice dress and dress shirt for us 2. DD is going to be decked up real cute tho...

I have found that if I pack my rain gear, it seems to stay dry! Maybe if we all pack sweaters and rain gear it will be warm and sunny!

We will not be getting dressy. We use to always travel with tuxes, including little man, and gowns but have decided by the time dressy night rolls around we feel too big and uncomfortable from all the over eating. Plus my FE's have already taken up one entire suitcase...

Here is our current list of those who have said they were coming to the BBQ, if your plans have changed and you are on this list, please let Lynn or Scott know. If anyone else is interested, please let us know ASAP - we need to know how many hot dogs to get!

I think we are looking good on food, if you want to bring something, just bring something that you think folks would enjoy!

I am picky about hot dogs and only get all beef, probably Ball Park will see what Sam’s Club has to offer. If some one wants to bring something different to grill feel free to do so.

As this is a large group and I do not want to upset the DVC Pool Gods, please do not plan on using the pool unless you have pool hopping privileges etc.

We also do not want to upset the Parking Gods, so, if you can, carpool or take Disney transportation! That will leave more spaces to those who have to drive!

Please let us know, via PM or email, what you are planning on bringing and we will up date this post as we receive updates.

Also any help with set up and clean up will be greatly appreciated. Set up will commence at 3:15 ish.

Will post the exact location after we arrive. SO keep a weather eye out here

In the pictures, I have seen the same fish, a seahorse and one other one that I forgot. But most of us still have a fish to extend!
