Checking in. I also haven't started yet, but I have been collecting various bits and pieces to embellish with. I was going to make the deadline, but the extension does give me a little extra breathing room.

I have almost all the letters cut and about 1/2 assembled and embellished. I've started cutting on the element groups. I think these will go pretty quick since the groups are small. I plan to get these finished next week and work on the mini kits the following week.

Thanks for all the check ins!! We're leaving for the beach tomorrow, be back on April 7th. Please hold off on mailing until the 5th or so...if you just mailed, it's ok-I'll have someone coming by to check my mail every day or so.

I hope everyone had a great Easter!! The Easter bunny left a few too many cadbury eggs that must be hidden before Mommy finds them.

I hope everyone's moving along on this swap. If you have your package ready, go ahead and mail it. I'll be kicking it into high gear this week to finish up my groups and get back to my normal routine.

Our kids went back today...they were off since Thursday. Just a short break for the holiday. I can't believe that school is due to get out in less than 2 months! Holy cow did it go fast! My oldest will be a junior in a few months! Ahhhhhh!

Make your list and start prepping now for Senior year.. Junior year start looking into colleges and do some visits during breaks and have him start looking into scholarships! We are touring our first campus for DS15 this weekend (I don't want him to go there unless he gets a full ride as it's too close to home and I don't want him to think he is obligated to go close to home). We are taking him on 2 campus tours this summer to other prospects! It'll be okay.. if I can do it.. you can do it!! This year has been a blast with one Senior!!!

Erin, slow deep breaths! Start now with your planning and everything will be great! I agree with Nan about making lists and visiting potential schools during junior year. Enjoy the experience!
