My notices about our May trip are pretty similar. I've put the substance of the two messages below.
First message:
We are delighted you have chosen to stay with us at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn and Villas!
Walt Disney once spoke of how his creations would never be complete as long as there is imagination left in the world. It is in this spirit that we embarked on several refurbishment projects across the Resort that will be taking place during your visit. Throughout this time, the Resort will be in full operation with all amenities available to you, including our dining, merchandise and recreation locations.
While we work our magic, it is possible that you may see or hear construction. Noise impacts will be limited to the hours of 9:00am-5:00pm. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding. Please know that we are making every effort to ensure your comfort and enjoyment of all we have to offer.

Throughout this time, the Resort will be in full operation with all amenities available to you, including our merchandise, recreation and dining locations, featuring our signature restaurant, Flying Fish.
While we work our magic, it is possible that you may see or hear construction, but noise should not be heard from your Guest room between dusk and 9:00am. In the first, they don't specifically mention Flying Fish. They also change from talking about when noise from the construction will occur (9-5) to when noise will not be heard (dusk to 9am).
My understanding is that the Gondola turn will be across from the Speedway fueling station. They will likely take up parking space (annoying for those with cars) and may interrupt the traffic flow, but I'd think the noise won't be too bad. I'm actually looking forward to seeing that construction. The Gondola idea is awesome. I wish they were building a station near BWI -- of course, walking to DHS and Epcot is even easier!
