Gotta say I'm surprised. I recently sold a contract. The language was clear: If I, as the seller, cancelled after the initial 10 day waiting period I was still obligated to pay the sales commission.

In a surprise turn of events I found out yesterday that I PASSED!
This process has been crazy for sure but I'm so excited! =)

Gotta say I'm surprised. I recently sold a contract. The language was clear: If I, as the seller, cancelled after the initial 10 day waiting period I was still obligated to pay the sales commission.

They are, but since the seller was under on the contract, the broker tried to help them and waive their commission or at least differ a portion of it. So they would have to bring them to court and it sounds like the seller just has no money to pay, so it's a lost cause. We're moving on. Hopefully we'll get some good news on a contract we made an offer on yesterday.

Yes, they are banked. Sorry I should have showed them in 2017. Oops. Those 129 points were not listed in the ad or the contract. I only found out about them when it went to Disney. Seller is from Japan.

That could very well be but I hope not. Of course I'm feeling very nervous but I keep telling myself it'll all be worth it if I pass. I spent a lot of time finding just the right contract at a great price. I found it, surprisingly got the contract now the waiting..... painful I tell ya! Lol
