Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

Hey guys :)

I updated the guest list, but not many messages in my inbox. If anyone wants to be added let me know! :goodvibes

I'm trying to find a room literally at any resort in Nov or Dec and having no luck. I might have to stay off property! :crazy2:

If you'd like to add us that's great, if not NBD

Jan 3-10 in a BC deluxe w/CL access

You may add me - Wilderness Lodge Club Level - Feb 19-24.

And thanks so much for all of the information! I called today and got my BOG reservation changed to another time. I was also able to talk with them about my grandson's food allergies. The cast member I talked with was wonderful!

Did you try doing one night at a time? If it's available in one night in time they should be able to piece together a reservation for you for the length of stay. Sometimes guest services needs to be involved.

We absolutely love the YCCL and are booked there again for Christmas this year! Our daughter has allergies and they always ask ahead of time via email and even the card we got from Special Services in the mail just said to email or ask if we had any issues with certain things.

The staff there is among the very best and it is only due to my husband's request that we are split staying with Contemporary Atrium Club and WLCL for our December long stay!

This is great to hear. I'm staying at Yacht Club in 32 days with celiac (gluten free.)

Can you add us please? September 8 - 15 WL CL!!!

Loving all the info and tips. So excited! We were originally going Sept of this year to CBR switched to POR then Irma hit. We have another year to pay the difference so why not club level?

It seems to vary from resort to resort - and now it seems to also matter from day to day!!

Wilderness Lodge CL September 14, 2017

Usual suspects of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion
Foot lotion, 2 bottles of mouthwash, Solar Relief Gel, 2 small facial moisturizers, Vanity Kit, and Shower Cap
If we used something, even just moving it off of the tray - it was replaced

WL CL welcome chocolates from the ganachery during our September stay - we also received a printed itinerary

This was also our setup at Poly CL in June of this year - along with insect wipes, and a 3-ounce bottle of Coppertone sport sunscreen (which I inadvertently left in my handbag at the airport and the crack TSA team didn't catch me on - oops)
We did not get a bottle of water daily in our room.

We did not get insect repellent or sunscreen during our September WL CL stay

That's not very 'club level' - that's the setup we had at AoA in June and Yacht Club standard room in September :(

Our stay at the BW Club Level

Garden Cottage 1204
Sept1-4 2017.
Mousekeeping didn’t replaced. So we had go to our club level (go outside, walk to the main building, walk to elevators, take to 4th floor, take a right, go around the bend, use magic band to be buzzed in and keep walking and make a right to talk to cm and repeat) to “refresh”.
We agree AKL club and Wilderness Lodge Club are the best.
We can’t wait for next year
August and September split stay.

I’ve stayed in 1204 before. We absolutely loved it. It was a free upgrade...we could never actually afford to stay there! I’d stay there again in a heartbeat if I could!

Is there some reason you went to the CL to refresh rather than calling housekeeping?

Hello CL experts!

We are considering booking CL at either Poly or BC in August - September 2018. Those are the only two resorts with CL offered with our TA's discount. It would be our first CL stay so I have a few questions:

For those of you who have stayed at both, do you prefer BC or Poly CL?
What time do they start serving alcohol? (I like a mimosa for breakfast sometimes on vacation :drinking1)

Thanks!

Following the thread! We just booked one night in January - last night of the trip - in a TPV CR club level room. Was feeling iffy about the cost, even with the recent discount (we are paying $694) - but after realizing that we have access until midnight the day we check out, it's totally worth it! Our flight out isn't until 7:45pm, so it's nice to have a little place to escape to from the park or pool if needed - and some snacks and drinks!

I think the one night CL will be worth it, especially for having the lounge on your departure day. Hope you have a great trip :wizard:.

Hellooo!!! I admit I haven't been back here since before our Poly CL stay in June. Overall, our trip was kind of a bummer mostly due to weather, attitude problems from the kiddo and some other personal/work issues going on. I said we wouldn't be back for a while and spend all that money on a trip where everyone was in a bad mood....lol, famous last words! Things are better now and last week I scored a great deal for GF SL during spring break 2018. I'm nervous to go during spring break crowds, but honestly our trip in June was also very crowded....so at least we might have better weather?! I'm also apprehensive about the Sugar Loaf club level after loving our (2) Poly stays, but we wanted to try something new. I really want to try the WL CL, but can't find any availability. I'm going to go into this trip with far fewer plans and try to just go with the flow. I'm excited and it feels good to be back on this board! I am off to see if I can find any recent review of GF SL! :D

Congrats on the deal for a spring break trip! I would keep checking for WL CL if that's your first choice, as availability can/does change; however the GF is a great resort and I'm sure you'll have a great time staying there. Enjoy the planning :).

Glad the CM was helpful and was able to change your BOG reservation time. Hope you have a great trip :flower3:.

I like your thinking! ::yes::

Have fun planning :goodvibes.

We haven't stayed CL at either one, but have stayed at both resorts and Poly would be my choice. I can't comment on CL from experience, but I read more favorable reports on Poly CL than I do BC CL. Hopefully others will post their opinion/preference between the two :flower3:.

Hi there!

Long-time lurker here - can you add us, as well? Dec 9 - 16 at Poly CL. We had a deluxe CL at BC this past June (our first family DW trip) and now find it difficult to give up the convenience of the lounge and try a standard room! :rolleyes1

If you like hanging out in a lounge Poly has the best views and lots of space with a 2 story lounge.

Bc is nice if you prefer SAB.

Which parks do you like?I spend more time at MK so prefer that area for example.

Alcohol is available upon request at all cl's.

Poly did add sparkling so you could get Mimosa there. My last BC they only served sparkling for check in. ( I asked if you request more and told no.) However that was 11/15. Maybe someone has a more updated experience. I was at poly cl in July and still my fav for lounge and GF 1st for food.

BC is our favorite resort, however we are probably staying there in June so I'm open to trying something else for this trip. It won't be a park heavy trip so I'm not really concerned with location this time. Mostly just curious about which has the better CL experience.

Which one do you think has the better food?

I think bfast similiar. Afternoon now with the lettuce wraps I like poly. Those were good! For evening I liked BC better. They had lots of nice salads and more food overall. Desserts pretty similar.

I'm new to the boards so please forgive me if this is the wrong place to post. I'm staying RPC at GF in February of 2018 for our first family vacation. Is there somewhere on the boards that show a list of the wine/beer/spirits offerings that are currently available? Also if you have the Disney Dining plan, do you find any reason to hit up the lounge in the evenings? Since we're going when the parks close around 8PM most nights I figured that my husband and I or my parents could enjoy the lounge in the later evening, any idea when the desserts/drinks are put away for the night? Sorry for such a newbie post.
