We did our Kualoa Ranch tour on a Wednesday morning. It was scheduled for 9:15, but we were required to be there by 8:30am for check-in. Google Maps showed about a 55 minute commute time from Aulani, but we left at 6:45am just to be safe. I was glad we did because there was an accident holding up traffic not too long after we got on the highway, which set us back. We also ran into traffic once we made it to the windward side of the island, as most of the road is one way in either direction. We ended up arriving at the Ranch exactly at 8:30. We did the VIP movie tour which was two and a half hours long, so we finished up around 11:30am and opted to eat lunch at the buffet at the Ranch which was delicious! We left the Ranch by 12:30, and stopped at the Byodo-In temple briefly. We then went to Kailua beach park and arrived probably around 2pm I'm guessing. It was moderately busy and we lucked out finding a parking spot in the lot after someone pulled out, so parking did appear to be a challenge that time of day. However, we didn't run into any traffic on the roads there ,and the beach itself didn't feel crowded at all. We didn't intend on a beach day, but I felt the timing of everything worked out well so I would do it this way again if we return, and if we visited Kualoa Ranch again.
If you go with option B, the boat tour followed by Kualoa Ranch, I think you'd run into rush hour traffic after the jungle tour on your way back to Aulani. So this would be my last option.
I think option C would work ok - doing the boat tour followed by Kailua. I don't think it would leave you as much beach time as option A (Kualoa Ranch followed by Kailua), so I would just prioritize which you are most interested in - the Ranch, Kailua, or the boat tour. We really enjoyed the Ranch, but we did the VIP movie tour. I can't speak to the jungle tour but our tour went through some parts of the jungle tour, and I'm not sure if it would be worth missing Kailua or the boat tour for.
