I totally agree. I find it a bit frustrating not knowing which restaurant and ship these dishes are.

Honestly I don't remember. It was on the 10 night Fantasy cruise. It was just OK. The pasta was kind of weird.

This below was the special 4th of July extra menu offering. The corn was not good, but unless corn on the cob is fresh I don't care for it. We were also disappointed that the chicken was just a leg for everyone and I don't care for legs.

Just an FYI most ships have the same menu for many places and nights. The Magic and Wonder differ with their Tiana's/Carrioca's menu (which will soon be Tangled themed)
Everything I have been posting lately has been from the Fantasy as my last 2 cruises with DCL were on her. I don't remember names of any of the dishes.

It looks like the Conchiglie Pasta. It has lobster and a brandy sauce.

Honestly I don't remember. It was on the 10 night Fantasy cruise. It was just OK. The pasta was kind of weird.

It is definitely weird. I had it two weeks ago and it definitely wasn't as good as it sounds. The brandy sauce is a flavor that is a bit off-putting. I should have gotten the crispy roasted duck breast instead.

I think that is the Conchiglie (I totally spelled that wrong) pasta with lobster.

I had it on the Fantasy at Royal court and it was, surprisingly, the only bad dish I had on the cruise.
