Yep, adding $91.96 per day (for four adults) X 6 days = $551.76. That's what I'm adding to the total on the website.

Then I guess it would only be a better deal for you if you can’t get a standard at CSR. Sometimes you have to bump up room category to get FD availability.

Any idea when we may know what resorts are excluded? We are booked in a suite at AofA and considering switching to CBR for our Nov/Dec trip.

I'm hoping by 4:30 this afternoon. I may know earlier, but if I'm at work I won't be able to post it until I get home at 4:15.

I think it really is just because you booked preferred at CSR. We've run numbers for both CSR and AKL to compare. Four adults, 6 nights. CSR standard is $4129. AKL standard is $4574. I think once you bump up to preferred at CSR that makes a big difference.

Yes the difference is between a preferred and a standard room at OKW or AKL, plus the difference in dining.

@Disney Ron or @black562 (or anyone for that matter). When you find out your information, could you let us know about the minimum # of days on your Park hopper you must have...We were only going to get 2 day park hoppers.

I have a change reservation link on "My Reservations" but it doesn't work anymore. (I've tried in Safari and Chrome with no luck.) It just keeps reloading the My Reservations" page. I was able to use the change reservation link recently to upgrade my Summer Meal Offer to the DDP. Is there any reason to get this figured out before FD drops or am I good to just make a new reservation and cancel the old one after the fact?

I sure hope these are the dates for Visa holders. That would help for our stay - however, I think am I screwed because we already have tickets and they are not a part of our room reservation? (we purchased them separately)

So the best I could probably hope for would be for a room only offer at this point. Right?

If it is, I hope they offer something. I haven't been able to take advantage of ANY offer that has come out so far. Which is a huge bummer. I think this is probably the first time we've went that we haven't been able to get some kind of offer.

I'm not positive about the Disney Visa offer, but I'm hearing they may be able to start booking for 8/2.

Can anyone on here confirm that they have been able to use their tickets early? This happened to us last year and we were told we MIGHT be able to get someone to activate our park tickets the day before our package started but that they wouldn't guarantee it - said we'd have to go to the concierge. We were at Yacht club so just ended up doing a pool day and not dealing with it but would possibly have to do this again THIS year and really need the extra park day during our room only this time......

Last year we did a split stay 2 nights Room only, then 6 nights package with tickets. We got to WDW mid-afternoon and headed to Epcot on our first day. Activated our tickets early at guest services. Only took about 15 minutes, although the lady did seemed confused at first. I don't know if I didn't explain what I wanted to do very well, or if she wasn't sure how to do it at first.

That button should stay there, so you would be able to modify the reservation yourself online. Good luck!

Is their only 2 resort deals on the website right now on my computer that expire in June/July.
When I view deals on my phone the summer deals are coming up for FL residents and AP holders through Aug.30th.
Any one else having this problem?

I booked a bounce back last year and wasn’t even considering changing until I came here. You guys helped me so much a couple of years ago I came on to read all the excitement and now I want to switch resorts! This is the first year we’ll have 4 Disney adults and I’ve just found out that the deluxe resorts are in my price range! Does anyone have any suggestions on resorts? We’re thinking OKW or SSR for the same amount, WL for slightly more or AKL Kidani for a smidge more than that.

Well since Disney Ron says tomorrow I think I will go to work, come home, and go to bed until the wee hours of the AM. My dates are included and I can't see how my resort choice won't be. Since they changed the Mods to Quick Service I see no reason to stay at a Mod even though I am partial to French Q which is never included anyway. Now all I have to worry about is what time to set my alarm!!!!

Don't forget to calculate ticket price increases and parking fees if you're driving.

I have considered all of these options and am now looking at a "bottom line" number with each scenario. I am comparing my BB package with adding DDP to many mock bookings now of what the FD deal is rumored to be. My angst comes from the fact that I already have a discounted package ... so, it's a wash in most cases with the mocks for FD. But, there is something psychological about free ... even though the bottom line prices would be the same.

I could possibly, however, move from a moderate to a deluxe ... which is what is peaking my interest now. Such fun.

The Disney Visa dates are 8/2-8/19 so you should be OK as long as you check in between those times.
