I keep getting the error that my member number and reservation number don’t match, but i’ve triple checked. All numbers are correct

I got the same thing...and then it timed out so I'm starting all over again

Yay! We're in! I got us in on one reservation. I had 2 browsers and my phone refreshing, internet can be slow sometimes. I got hung on the first page, I wasn't fully reading and thought it wanted member # and confirmation and it's member # and member #. Too early lol

It took a few minutes, but that went way better than Fastpass day. I'm so excited we get to experience some of these DVC extras

Finally in for Oct 3! I had to end up using the dolphin browser for page to refresh faster.

It was frustrating compared to last years experience, but it appears they are now automatically verifying the resort stays.

the first screen requires to enter the member's number twice. You don't need to insert the reservation number inthe first screen. I made this mistake the first time and only later noticed they were asking the same member's number twice.

After letting the page (the one with Slinky Dog that says they have high volume) automatically reload about 4 times, I got through. Each page took forever to load but we got it for 9/19.

I did have to fill out my membership number but it automatically pulled up the party that falls during our trip. I never entered my reservation number. We are on points.

Done! It took 19 minutes but we are registered for 10/3.

I'm in for Sept. 26! I kept getting the spinning wheel (and various timeout errors) on my laptop, so I switched over to my phone and did the registration there. Took about 2 minutes of the page auto-refreshing to get to the registration screen and about 5 minutes to get through the entire process.

ETA: I put in my membership number, but never had to enter my resort reservation confirmation number. Staying on cash at a non-DVC resort (Coronado Springs).

We're in! I had 2 browsers going as well. It took about 15 minutes for us to get through. The automatic refresh does appear to work, but you have to be patient. Super happy we can attend!

I just let it keep spinning. I had 2 tabs open and one of them finally went through. Good luck!

I did both, between 2 open browsers. Safari was so bad, I ended up just sticking with Dolphin. When it finally popped up, it was via auto refresh, since I was reading this thread on my other phone, lol.

Now I feel like an idiot...I was entering Member # and confirmation #...ugh!!!

Just wanted to update.. I just got in at 9:21am (eastern time).. And I just received my confirmation email at 9:23am.. All set for Oct. 3..

Also, I only had 1 page open and was letting it refresh on its own.. You only need to enter member number twice on first page and it will automatically locate your reservation so it knows what date you are booking for.. The second page asks you to confirm your contact info and how many guests.. the last page is to confirm all the info entered.. And as per the rules it makes you click, it is a MAX of 6 people INCLUDING the member..

Got in with 4 browsers open. Only 2 ever made it to log in stage. So stressful. September 19

I had opened multiple windows, the first one I opened went through the registration process, the others just kept waiting. At the end the oder windows said "Session expired", so it seems opening multiple windows is not useful.

I'd guess that strategy makes it harder for everyone else who's trying to register too.

FINALLY! Got in for 9/26 at 9:25am... 5 mins before a meeting at work haha. I had a couple browsers and my phone open but waited. It seemed refreshing it myself didn't help. I experienced this with registering for the princess half too, the browser that first tried accessing the link didn't necessarily get through the queue first.

Also there were a couple times I was able to start the registration process and got to varying stages and then it quit when trying to get to the next page.

Good luck to everyone who didn't get in yet... such a frustrating process!
