***April 2019***

Going April 4-7 to support my sister as she does all the races. Staying at CSR while she is DVC at SSR. Can’t wait to see my niece and nephew

Booked April 29th to May 2nd on a whim with credit card points, 62 days out so I had time for fastpasses and I scored all the big ones! Slinky, FOP, Frozen, 7 Dwarfs. Only paid for my ticket after the CC bonus points. Stoked to be at Hollywood studios for the anniversary! staying at All Star Music.

Can't wait. Went through and looked at the menus for the flower festival. Found some that I can't wait to try. I love going this time of year to see all the flowers

We are arriving on Easter Sunday and staying at Fort Wilderness (RV) 4 days and 3 nights. 6 adults, 5 kids. Does any one know of any Easter activities at Fort Wilderness? Or, where I could find out any info about that? Thanks!

I’m not sure about the fort but I know the GF has a lot of activities every year. I would look for the fort wilderness thread in the resorts forum.

So excited... I booked a quick trip 4/29-5/1 using my AP discount at All Star Movies! It’s my first year with an AP and it’s been burning a hole in my wallet since our family trip in January. I have really been wanting to experience the Flower & Garden Festival, and my hubby had a $100 Southwest LUV voucher that he won’t be using, so I went for it. Right now it’s a solo trip, but if my sister can work it into her schedule, she may be joining me. Either way, I can’t wait!

Got my ME yellow tags in the mail yesterday! Kind of shocked since I haven't even given Disney my flight info yet, but at least they came! In January they showed up basically the week we left so I'm glad that didn't happen this time around.

Ok so we just added a last min. trip for April 10th - 17th! We agreed to not tell the kids so we're going to wait until the morning of and surprise them! I'm so excited!!!! We're going to be there for my birthday, AGAIN! hahaha

For those who've been in April before, how do you prefer to dress? It's looking like low 80s during the day, low 60s at night average. We'll be there for DAH at MK, so I'm thinking it will be cool, but I am not sure if I should go full jeans & long sleeves or layer up.

We were there early April last year...during the day it was shorts and t-shirts...but the evenings did get a bit cool so we definitely had zip up jackets/jeans for the nights...we won't know for sure until we get closer...

We go every April. But I think it depends on where you're from. We live in the New England so even at night when its cool we're fine in shorts. I'll wear a sweatshirt but my DH and boys don't. You really never know about the weather until you actually get there.

We're in middle TN, and we haven't had a real winter this year, it's just been "BLERG" most of the winter. My daughter will play outside in shirtsleeves when it's 45 outside, but I need a jacket until it's 65.

Still don't see any reference to possible park hours being extended. Maybe they won't be?

Thanks. Yes I'm already bursting! 28 more days. We went in April last year and it was hot. Got to remember the humidity adds to it. For us we wore shorts and t-shirts, also wore very light dresses. We didn't go at night at all last year though. Might be a different story this year.
