Which site did you find that contract listed on? Wish you luck but dont think it will pass.
Just to let you know I was offered a contract that was similar a few weeks ago and ended up seller wanted to be the seller, broker, and the escrow/closing agent. Did not feel good about it so cancelled the deal. Felt like the seller was trying to scam me.

Same use year. Same Resort. Same Point Amount.

Hmmm. Sounds similar. Who was the seller?

Same guy. If we go through a 3rd party escrow company for closing, aren’t we good? Also, if it gets sent to Disney and they exercise their ROFR, wouldn’t they have to sell to them so why would they do that if it was a scam? I really don’t want to get screwed, just trying to get a good deal.

I tried to get them to go through a third party escrow company and they did not want to pay for it even if I offered to reimbursed them following the deal. Could be a good deal. Just be careful.

Ok thanks for the info. We will probably back out unless it’s a third party escrow.
 
I have a inkling that not many savy sellers use that website And had 0 guidance from the realtors in that company on going resale rate!
Unless that's that small 50 pt contract that went fast, that's pretty good sell. Quite a few $175-185pp on the market sitting there.
