An Evening in Epcot...

After a really good dinner at La Hacienda, the 3 of us took a boat ride through Mexico and visited with Disney’s number 1 duck. This was one of the best character meets ever and Gia’s interaction with him was priceless.

Then, we met up with Joe’s favorite princess, Snow White. But this wouldn’t be the only time our paths crossed...

We walked around a little more and soon enough, it was time to head over to our first of 3 dessert parties. I had reserved the FEA party as a chance for us to say good bye to Illuminations. We had an awesome table and loaded up on all kinds of goodies from margaritas and fondue to cupcakes and cookies. Although this dessert party was fine, I still think HEA’s is better, even without the alcohol.

Illuminations was awesome. Joe and I hadn’t seen it in years and realized just how much we were going to miss it. Because we booked the FEA DP, we also got to close down Epcot with a ride on FEA, which was such a nice way to end the evening.

I’m sorry I don’t have pics from the dessert party but I will be posting a vlog all about it in the next few weeks...

Vlog Update...

Hi everyone!! Tomorrow night we will be posting our new vlog. Please join Joe, Gia and I as we enjoy dinner at La Hacienda in Epcot. It was a really great dinner and we enjoyed our time in the Mexico Pavillion. We also had a wonderful character meet with Donald. Did you all know that I speak Duck?!?!

Enchiladas Vegetales, Vegetable-filled Corn Tortillas topped with Melted Cheese and Salsa Ranchera. This was really light and tasty, filled with all sorts of grilled squash, peppers, and onions

We ate at La Hacienda once and wren't that impressed but your entree looks really good! Might give it another try

Welcome back!!!! I was worried about eating here but the food and service turned out to be really good. At least stop in for a glass of sangria. It was really strong.
