LMTC Disneyland tickets no longer available?/Information on Refunds

Sorry, yes, they sent the email titled “ticket voucher” on the same day that I made the purchase, which was Friday. They sent the e tickets via email today, Tuesday.
One more thing, as others have mentioned, they were having phone issues last week. I used the online chat function and eventually several employees chatted back with me and gave me their direct extensions, including Betty, who I purchased the tickets through.

Hmmm. I wonder if I call if they can switch mine from vouchers to e-tickets. That would be less hassle!

Any updates from folks who’ve redeemed the vouchers recently? Did anyone get an e-ticket instead of a voucher?

I redeemed a voucher last week. It was no problem. Seems people who currently buy for next year are getting e-tix instead.

Just adding my experience to the board.

I went online and started a chat to inquire about pricing for 3 day park hopper tickets. I was given a phone number with extension to call for purchase. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful.

I got 2 adult 3 day park hopper tickets with one magic morning for $622.16.

As others have posted I was sent an email ticket voucher confirmation that specifically says the voucher is not to be used at the park and that a separate e-ticket email should arrive 30 days before our trip (Jan 25-29th). That e-ticket is to be printed out and used directly at the turnstiles.

I ordered from LMTC a couple of weeks ago which was right when they were switching back over to e-tickets. E-tickets hadn't shown up, so I called today. Got transferred twice on the phone and then disconnected - called again - and had same problem. Entered a support ticket at their site. Got a response back that they had escalated my support ticket and e-tickets should show up within 24 hours. Got an email with the e-tickets an hour later. I'm all set. :)

I think the delay problem was that I ordered the tickets just as they were switching over to e-tickets again.

so great to hear that they are etickets again. I’m tempted to buy some now for a future trip (and upgrade to APs). Not sure how far out that would be tho...

Bought my tickets from LMTC earlier this month. Just arrived at the park today, walked up to a ticket window with my printed voucher and had our tickets in less than 5 minutes. Easy peasy! Thanks to everyone who provided all the information. Using the voucher easily saved us a couple hundred dollars....enough savings to pay for MaxPass daily. :) Yay!

If you purchase through LMT, once you get the email can you link in the Disneyland app and add maxpass? We are going to buy hoppers for Jan. 4-6, but would like to have everything ready to go when we get to the gates.

If you don't purchase a ticket that includes maxpass (which LMT doesn't currently sell) you have to wait until your ticket is scanned at the turnstile to add maxpass on the app. You can, however, scan the ticket into the app ahead of time.

I made a fairly last minute purchase of 5 days base ticket for $283.92 each ticket (no park hopper) for use starting 12/29/2019. I called the phone number posted
1-888-918-9676 in this thread.

I got an email right away after the purchase with a voucher that I need to print out that needs to be exchanged. While I would usually much prefer an e-ticket, with it with being so close, and Holidays in between, I am somewhat glad to get the voucher right away that I read about is fairly easy to exchange at the ticket booths in this thread. I am afraid if they said 30 days before your trip you get an e-ticket emailed to you, I only have like 2-3 actual business days, so this voucher will work for me since I rather have it in hand than stress out on when I will receive actual e-tickets.

I will report back later after I try to exchange at ticket booths. Thanks so much all for posting and sharing your experiences to give me the confidence to purchase from LMTC. Prior to this thread, I was going to purchase from UCT.
Glad I decided to visit the Disneyland forums here on Disboards before making the actual purchase from UCT, as it's still a savings.

Great3

Also, you will have to purchase MP EACH day after you enter the park that day. You can’t buy it for all of the days of your ticket at once unless you buy MP with the initial ticket purchase (which you can do through UCT but not LMTC). It’s not a big deal to do it, but just be aware that you will need to purchase it each day. Some like this option because if a day is not crowded, you can choose not to buy MP for that day. I, however, have never been to DLR on a day that didn’t merit MP to me!

Does anyone know how much 2day and 3day (non hopper) tickets are?
I'm not ready to call just yet but just in case anyone has already bought the above type tickets :)

Thank you SO MUCH for posting this. Is that the price you paid? Inclusive of taxes/fees?

Yes that was the total price charged to my credit card. :)

I called LMT this morning and was really turned off by the representative I talked to. I wanted to purchase 6 5-day park hoppers and the guy, Eldon, tried to tell me that I'd have to buy an adult ticket for my 9 yr old. I told him I thought it was 10 and up for adult prices and he told me no and that he knew that because just went to Disney last week. He said 9 and up are adults according to Disney. I pushed back...saying that I was quoted a different price for "3-9 yr olds" and he said, "Well, you could try it...but you'll feel real bad when you show up at Disneyland and they make you buy a full price ticket." It really rubbed me the wrong way! He also said the dates have to be exact...that they won't be able to change them. He told me the voucher can't be used a day early...only on the exact date I set when I purchase. Can any one confirm this? Now I'm not sure I want to purchase from LMT. Oh, and he also said that they don't offer e-tickets and that no one does anymore....that it was a Disney policy.

Call them back and speak to a different representative. I think the rep you spoke to was thinking of WDW tickets. Per the Disneyland website, adults are aged 10 and up and multi-day tickets aren't date specific. Disney WORLD tickets are date specific as the price 'flexes' based on your selected first date of usage and you have a date range in which to use the ticket.

Hey, I just called the 888 number. The rep told me they don't have any more of the 5-Day PHs and quoted me $323 (and change) for the 4-day PHs. Said they had seen the 5-day PHs just a few days ago, though. Just called me back as I was typing this and said they are over capacity in sales until January 1. So if your trip is for after January 1, you should be good. If you procrastinated like me because talking on the phone gives you anxiety and need the tickets in the next few days, may need to look elsewhere.

Running my numbers again in my spreadsheet since it might be better to just buy from one of the ones I can go ahead and load MP on it. The savings on the 5-day negated the inconvenience of exchanging a voucher, but I'm not sure a 4-day will.

I am intending to upgrade to a Sig+ (so happy to be getting my AP back!) so trying to maximize potential bridging amount. Even if the 5-day only showed the old value before the 2019 increase, it still was a greater discount by a decent amount than other options. But 4-day might be a push and not worth it.

EDIT: Yeah. After running the numbers, aRes is the better deal assuming that LMTC tickets might only bridge to the price prior to the 2019 increase as someone said they saw several pages back.
