What’s for dinner?

It was supposed to be Fajitas but I forget an ingredient when I went to the store yesterday. So now it will be Pork Chop, Scallop potatoes, steamed broccoli, and baked apple.
 
Korean braised chicken in the slow cooker. It was quite good, but I have a feeling it would be even better on the stove instead. So next time will try it that way. I did something to my back and have pain in my lower back, hips, and legs. So a slow cooker meal was what I needed today! I just ate the stew with a mini naan. Will make some noodles tomorrow most likely to have with it.
