Hi! So, we are long time refillable mug users (we love them!)! We are heading back in 2 months and were curious what the exact process is specifically at the beach club marketplace! I have seen most people say to have the mug and receipt, but we want to double check what the most recent protocol is for refills!

Quick question. As we'll be staying in a 1 br villa, we want to have snacks/drinks delivered. I know in the past, we've been able to have that delivered via Garden Grocer or Prime now. It gets left with the Bell Desk and we can have it brought to the room when we are there. Given Covid, are we still permitted do the same?

Can’t answer from experience but was doing some app sleuthing this AM. Although A&C opens at 7am, A&C To Go opens at 7:30am. Looks like the first arrival window is 7:40-8:10am.

But you can order any time before that. Placing an order isn’t location based so I just tested it (my time was 6:40am) and it let me complete the order.

....I don't know how early you can place an order but I imagine it must be fairly early. When we had breakfast there, people were coming and going - a LOT of breakfast orders were flying outta there that morning!

I can't speak to Prime Now but have used Garden Grocer several times since reopening. The process is the same as usual - they deliver to bell services, you can either pick it up yourself or call and have bell services deliver it to your room (note Disney charges $6). My experiences with GG have been easy peasy.

Over in Rumors, someone mentioned they’d seen a rumor of Cape May getting ready to reopen based on sightings of distancing stickers and such on tables.

Anyone there now that can take a peek in the windows and confirm or deny that rumor?

I wish I had pics to prove it but I feel like those signs have been up awhile?

I know at Ohana they had signs/distancing markers in July when we were there, but of course that hasn’t opened.

I think at some places Disney had their teams prep for distancing, but once the lack of demand and continued restrictions set in things never materialized.

But I’m not sure about that so could definitely be wrong.

Talk of Cape May made me come up with another question. Laaaawds all the questions. Anyway, when I was booking dining I saw Ale & Compass was open for reservations in April. I thought they were only doing mobile orders or did I misread that somewhere? So hard to keep up with all the changes!

They are doing mobile order, but have also been open for breakfast & dinner for in-person dining since the hotel reopened.

When we were there in October, there weren’t any signs. I didn’t check in December, but last week when we walked by there were signs on the tables for distancing. Now, as to what that means as a timeline for opening, I don’t really know.

For what it's worth, those stickers were on the tables when we were there in early December.

They might in the future, but at the present moment it is not open for that.

Does anyone know where we can find a list, or list out what you remember, of what's currently in the grab and go case at the Market at Ale and Compass? We stayed at YC in 2018 and loved having cured meats, olives, and other "adult" snacks available for late nights on the balcony. We'll be there again in late May and I'm really hoping the selections are still the same.

I can confirm that there were signs on the tables when we were there last week. This was Saturday evening when we ate at Beaches and Cream and did some shopping at both resorts.
