Crazy direct incentives at BWV

200pts at BWV now discounted by $22pp from $210 to $188 for new members.
For members adding on at 200pts it's a crazy discount of $37pp bringing it down to $173pp. At this price it's $72pp cheaper than BCV.
If you split that into 75,75,50 you would not be far off resale values!

This offer is valid through Dec 15th.

I'm not saying you should go buy this but it's intriguing that DVD picked out that sold out resort for big incentives.

Was Beach Club, Boulder Ridge, etc., other 2042s also discounted, or just Boardwalk? How are the incentives for Riviera? If the deal runs until 12/15, I am guessing they're gearing up for a holiday release of Grand Floridian 2 and maybe Disneyland Towers.

I hope they have points in your UY, that's sometimes only issue with sold out resorts.

I agree with your guessing on the other resorts, I just don't know what DVC are doing because if they put these incentives against OKW they would get lots of traffic and convert more ROFR to 2057. They have a blind spot there imo

1. I've been told ABSOLUTELY NOT a fews days ago by a (real) guide here on property. It was offered to me as I did not ask. Of course, they could be wrong...

Right! They don't seem to like to expose the fact that they screwed up IMO (like RIV).

I think that would create a new membership but you can always ask them in case they will bend the rules a bit
