***Official January 2023 Thread***

Hi -- our tip that was supposed to be last week was canceled thanks to Hurricane Nicole, so now we're here in January!

We've never been on Marathon Weekend before. Is there a different thread about impact to visiting on that weekend? I'm specifically wondering about that Sunday at EPCOT. I see the opening time is 11am. Would EE still mean 10:30am for onsite visitors?

Hello! Currently, the calendar is still showing 10:30am as Early Entry for EPCOT on that day.

Still nothing for HS on 1/15 or 1/16.
1/17 ADRs opened today, so I can see that on the calendar, and HS has options.
I can't see 1/22 as my trip doesn't extend that far. I am wondering if they are holding those Sundays and MLK day for a reason. When I talked to a CM, they said it could be they are working out staffing first. Which I am sure was just a guess, but the CM seemed just as perplexed as I am.
I have dining alerts set from 2 different web sites. Just waiting, waiting, waiting.
 
I can see through 1/25 and there is nothing showing up for H&V. I’m hunting those fantasmic dining ressies myself- hopefully they get it sorted out soon over there at DHS.

I was able to get 50's Prime Time Yesterday for 1/19. It seems H&V doesnt have there times out past Jan 13. Which is really annoying I want the Disney Jr Breakfast for my 4.5 y/o DD.

Tusker house is the only other ADR I am having troubles with. I am not seeing any openings all 11/16 week or even the week before.
 
FYI.

Hours Extended for December, New Year’s Eve 2022 at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Magic Kingdom
Now open at 8:00 a.m. on December 4, 8, 9, 11, 13, 15, 16, 18, 20, and 22, with Early Entry for hotel guests at 7:30 a.m. It will still close at 6:00 p.m. on those days for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

It will stay open an hour later until 11:00 p.m. on December 5, 7, 10, 12, 14, 17, 19, 21, and 23 – 29. Extended Evening Hours for deluxe resort guests will be from 11:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. the next morning on December 7, 14, 21, and 28.

On December 30 and 31, Magic Kingdom will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.

EPCOT
Now open until 1:00 a.m. instead of midnight on December 31, New Year’s Eve.

Animal Kingdom
Now open an hour later until 8:00 p.m. on December 4, 10, 11, 23, and 24. It will open an hour earlier at 8:00 a.m., with Early Entry at 7:30 a.m., on December 9 – 12, 17 – 19, and 22 – 24.
 
anyone had success booking Hollywood and Vine for January? I keep getting "nothing available"
 
Jan.19th-28th at pop! We are so excited! We got all of our ADR’s except for DHS on 1/23. Nothing showing except Oga’s. Same thing for 1/22, 1/23, and 1/24 at DHS. Anyone know what’s going on?
 
Not long now! 29th birthday trip AND first ever cruise, so excited - it’ll be nice to get away from gloomy January Britain too haha

Yeah, it's crazy. They seem to be having a hard time getting ADR schedules together. Keep checking!

We've been speculating for a for a while. I am having the same issue for HS on 1/15. I did get Oga's!
Based on reading other threads, my latest theory is the dining packages for Fantasmic haven't been announced or released for January. Still super frustrating. HS is hard enough to get reservations for what I want, then to lose out on my 60+ 4 day advantage really sucks.
 
51 days to go! After getting 73” of snow in 2 days this weekend in Hamburg, NY, we are so ready for palm trees and sunshine!

My ADRs didn’t work out exactly as I wished either but it was more around available times vs. restaurants for me. I’ll end up using my Landry’s card for Yak & Yeti because I couldn’t get a dinner time reservation on my niece’s 30th birthday, and we wanted brunch time at Homecomin’ but could only get a late lunch. I set up an alert for that one because we’d really like to try the brunch menu, but if we can’t we will just adjust our plans and keep the lunch one, since we love their food and want the moonshine! 😂
 
ADR process was a small disaster as usual, but I manages to get everything I wanted at the time I wanted by 6:10AM! Couldn't get the reservations to go through on the website (regular or incognito browser), but the App came through! Wouldn't have expected that...the app is usually the glitchiest experience for me. Hope anyone else logging in this morning had as good of luck!

60 Days until we go Home to Disney!!!!
