I said I was done with only VDH left to add. I even stepped away from this forum for a while. Damn fire sale. Not as amazing as some of you all but I'm fine with it considering what I paid for BLT less than a year ago.

Sunnyore---$135-$14811-100-BLT-Aug-0/22, 150/23, 100/24- sent 2/23
I like your signature avatars also. Where did you get them?

That might have been true last month but I just had a CCV contract pass with nearly double points at $134. Who knows why they take what they do!
I saw this one - thanks much for posting it. I used the info to make a $138 offer on a similar CCV yesterday. Other than the auto reply from Fidelity, I haven't heard anything in response as yet.

Fidelity doesn’t open on the weekends so you may not hear anything until Monday.

Fidelity is typically a Mon-Fri Operation. I hope you get a favorable reply on Monday.

I had the choice of $92 SSR Fully banked or BLT fully banked $130. I really questioned whether I should just go with SSR but BLT with 6 extra years, lower dues and is one of the few resorts we would regularly go to that need 11 month window. So we went with BLT. In the next few months I will probably see BLT go through at a better value than mine and will think, grrrr, but for now I feel like I got a good deal.
I agree with your decision. When I was getting SSR for $93 I had started out at BLT but couldn’t get anyone to bite on offers below $150. BLT fully banked $130 seems like the correct choice between those two options.

Been lurking a while here, and wanted to say thanks to all of those who contributed to this thread. The data here helped me understand what DVCs were going for. Just had an offer accepted for $230 a point at VGC! Super excited, once all the paperwork is done, I'll post details for ROFR (180 Pts + banked points contract).

Nothing like owning at VGC! Congrats neighbor

Nice contract. Welcome home neighbor!

Same situation for us.

We would have purchased BLT at the right price. I will soon have around $12,000 to buy additional points and will likely purchase at SSR again.

The main reason is we are not likely to book at 11 months so we would not be using the home resort advantage.

I originally considered BLT for a home resort near MK but I think the problem I had was IMO one of the best perks of BLT aside from the distance to MK is the theme park view of the fireworks. If I were to stay at BLT it's likely going to be for a theme park view for half the duration of the trip and just doing a quick search of the 1/2BRs available at 7 months shows pretty good availability so I might as well have my home resort points somewhere else on the monorail loop which is why we're leaning toward poly.

Some people may not care about the TPV and just want the proximity to MK in which case the standard views are the best and of course you need 11 month priority but personally I'd likely just do 3-4 days in TPV BLT and then switch to an Epcot area resort.
