Maybe others who have been recently will chime in but last time I went to Disneyland I loved Ralph Brennans Jazz Kitchen. The beignets are WAY better than the ones at POFQ.

We also had a great meal at Ralph Brendan’s Jazz Kitchen last time. Now I’m wanting to plan a DLR trip too.

Doing a split stay in September. The first part at CCV I’m really set on, but the 2nd half I continue to flip flop on where to stay.

Easter dinner will be a 4:00 adr at The Boathouse, DH will get fillet, I might do the salmon. Planning on hot fudge sundae at The Fountain at the Dolphin in the evening. No cooking for me!

Fun fact unknown to me - ADRs at Disneyland are 60 days in advance per day - not 60 Days + length of stay ... BOOOO!!!

The Gibsons steakhouse seasoning they sell in the store at the boathouse is the best all purpose seasoning. They have a couple varieties but the regular one is the best!

We went to DL last year and my 60 day window opened up while we were on two sea days on the fantasy and I couldn’t get the internet to work to book on the website. I tried the DL app and I guess it uses the same IT configuration as the DCL app and I was able to book them. It was surprising.

Wow, good to know! I never thought to try it, maybe I’ll pick some up. I grill a lot of steaks in the summer. Thanks for the tip

@john7994 (or anyone) Have you done a VIP tour? It's on my bucket list so may try to get one for our fall trip. We are definitely going to try for a private fireworks cruise at EPCOT.

Do you tend to stay at the same hotel each trip or mix it up? Last 3 trips have been at YC/BC, so that’s the dilemma with the 2nd half. Currently, we’re booked at GDT for the 2nd half but I’m being tempted to either go back to YC or maybe do a monorail resort for the 2nd half. Mmmm

We mix it up, but YC CL my favorite. We've done YC, BC, BLT, BCV, and Poly. Next RIV and VGF. YC is the one we've stayed at the most.
