Oasis of the seas questions!

Hi, I just booked a 7 day on Oasis of the seas next July. We have never been on the Oasis and wondering about the activities on board. Is the rock climbing, zip line and Flowrider free? Any tips for us? We have cruised many times before but never on such a large ship as the Oasis. Thanks! All tips appreciated!

Rock climbing, zip line and Flowrider are all free. All three have lines especially on sea days. The ship has a lot of people but has many different areas for activities, so the crowds are usually distributed around the ship. The best tip that I would give would be to make reservations in advance for whatever shows you can. They usually have an excellent water/diving show, a good ice skating show, and a broadway musical show. All are included in your cruise fare but fill up quickly. You can go online and book all of these 60 to 75 days in advance otherwise if you wait until your onboard you have to stand in a standby line and are not guaranteed to get in.

Thanks.... this is another random question. Do they provide free lanyards to hold your room card? Or should I bring my own?

Bring your own. They only provide free lanyards to children in the kids club...although now I wear a kids club lanyard and my kid gets a new one!
