Hi!
I have a breakfast reservation at 8am at BOG on a 9am park opening day. I was only able to get a reservation for 3 (when I reserved months ago) but we are a family of 5. My question is when they check our name to go in the park, will they allow all 5 of us to go in? I remember last year having a pre park reservation at CRT and they checked my name but didn't count the number of people in our party. My girls and I plan to get food but my husband and son wouldn't eat if they were allowed in. Thoughts? Thank you so much for your help!

I am not sure, but would keep looking for an ADR for 5, or you can have your husband set up an account, and look for one for 2 around the same time. Since it is seat yourself, you can still go in and sit together. You can sign up for Touring Plans account for free and use their reservation finder to look for time you want - they will text you an alert when one pops up and you can try and grab it - if you miss it, go back and restart it. Also can watch the thread for Cancelled ADRs for your month on the Dining Forum.

Doubtful the extra two will even be let past the castle to get to the restaurant, much less be let into the restaurant. Maybe, but I wouldn't count on it.

Can you find a reservation for 2? Or 1 and 1? From what I understand, breakfast is like lunch where you can sit with whoever and wherever you like.

They will only allow 3 back. And at BOG they will only allow 3 in, and they would not allow 2 to wander around behind the ropes.

Nope. They count. You might not have noticed it last time at CRT, but they definitely count the people before they let you through.

BOG is usually at or close to capacity so maybe but most likely no. They won’t even let you in to look around. If they really want in they need their own reservation. You can sit together but they will need an ADR. It doesn’t have to be the exact time as yours, either. I’d say within 15 minutes should still work. Try touring plans reservation finder.
