Few will remember the Magic Kingdom Club, that was a cool deal. The swag included a bag that DW now uses as her gym bag. It was stashed away for decades so it looks brand new!

It was a regular menu item when I was a kid--fried and just cold out of the fridge on a sandwich. I don't recall ever having eaten it as an adult. I wouldn't object to trying it again but I'd much prefer getting it from a deli (as opposed to the packaged cold cuts version.)

The food there is excellent, but it is NOT quiet at all. It's in a huge, cavernous space that seats 270 people...people who create a constant flow of traffic as they get up from the table and return to the buffet for additional servings. We love it there, but expect it to be loud. Anecdote...

Now that you mention it, I'll bet there are stencils in DW's scrapbooking materials.:)

Table service for us. Usually our only quick service is Columbia Harbour House in MK. We dine at resorts and DS much more than in the parks.

A lot of younger people are getting into vinyl, it's a fad. I think of number of the young set just buy them to collect, put 'em up on the wall, may not even have anything to play them on. That's a classic for sure! You can probably stream it now!

Two days each year are designated as Record Store Day in support of independent record stores across the world. There are dozens (hundreds?) of titles pressed in limited editions with RSD hype stickers. Often there are records on colored vinyl, or with rare versions of songs (i.e. live...

I've hit up RSD in past years, I'm sitting this one out. I'll probably find what I want on line tomorrow or Monday. Have fun!

I've enjoyed the cruises we've taken but I don't need to spend an inordinate amount of time gazing out at the water. More like a Clark Griswold at the Grand Canyon sort of thing "Look kids!"

I only remember one field trip: The state capitol. Woo Hoo. I do recall that my selection from the gift shop was a commemorative spoon! :confused:
