Agree.. I've been re-doing my math for my Feb trip over and over.. In the end I don't mind spending $10CAD more per person to lock in this rate vs hoping for a CAD promo from WDW.

Culture Shocks and Disney Magic... in Asia!!! A TR on all Asia Disney Resorts! [Update Dec19!]

That's true to a degree. What we have in North America is quite different. However there are a lot more types of regional Chinese food. So what you have in Shanghai will even be very different than what you have in Hong Kong.

Culture Shocks and Disney Magic... in Asia!!! A TR on all Asia Disney Resorts! [Update Dec19!]

Later on when we get to Shanghai City, we go to Din Tai Fung which is a Michelin star chain that specializes in the soup dumplings. My 2nd tale... Fantasy Rd 2, TR Rd 2: NO sea sickness! [Apr '16-East Car.] (Upd Apr19: COMPLETED)

The walk from the top down to the beach is around 20 minutes with lots of uneven ground and "stairs"... if mobility is an issue, I wouldn't recommend this excursion.

My 2nd tale... Fantasy Rd 2, TR Rd 2: NO sea sickness! [Apr '16-East Car.] (Upd Apr19: COMPLETED)

Sadly for jesterrific and I, that would be close to $900 Canadian + credit card fees. But that does sound super awesome! She'll be posting soon. We just moved in to our new condo last night, so we've been packing non stop. Hopefully once we get internet this week, she should be able to get on...

Where did you eat in Vancouver?

-Cactus Club, Specifically the one in Coal Harbor near the terminal. Views are unbeatable and their Sable fish is an amazing Entree that is only available at a couple Cactus Clubs. -Bestie, it's a little off the way but very worth it if you have the time. German currywurst is their main thing...

2 new ships - what must features should they plan into the design?

-A very interactive bar similar to Trader Sam's that will actually convince adult's to be out past 10 PM. If Trader Sam's can be packed at a resort, I don't see why it wouldn't work on a cruise. I'm not saying it should be TS specifically, but something in that ilk. -If they plan on this ship...

When Jessica and I went, we just walked to a cab stand and said we wanted to go Maho Beach... Was around $20 USD each way so split between 4 of us, it wasn't too bad.
