Renew or Not to Renew: AP Renewal - DVC

Yes, but as said above, only for the AP level you qualify for. As an out of state DVC owner, I qualify only for the Sorcerer and Incredipass. So, if you're a current out of state DVC owner, and you already have the Sorcerer pass...you cannot "downgrade" to a Pirate or Pixie Pass...those are...

Renew or Not to Renew: AP Renewal - DVC

We were faced with this dilemma on our renewal date this past November. We usually make 3 trips per year on average to WDW, which makes AP's a no-brainer. However this year, we just had other things planned. We just got back two weeks ago from a trip to Europe. We have a trip to Yellowstone...

    Counterfeit blue cards? Wow.

Screenshots have your first name and last initial on them, and I've been asked to make it appear from the previous screen before. Still ridiculous they make you use your phones though.

    Counterfeit blue cards? Wow.

Yep...and it's a one time cost. Once you're no longer a DVC member, DVC just electronically shuts it off.

    Counterfeit blue cards? Wow.

Not everyone uses magic bands, just as not everyone has a smartphone.

    Counterfeit blue cards? Wow.

Could have easily been prevented by using virtually ANY technology at all rather than simply "visual". KTTW cards work great for everything...why couldn't DVC have used that card technology? That way, a simple tap would give them everything they needed to know and instant verification.

AP Only Info Thread Reservation System /Extensions / Refunds

She asked the question, so it's apparently not as common sense as you think it is. I quoted yours and the other posts to make the point that the situations were not the same. Apologies if you were offended.

AP Only Info Thread Reservation System /Extensions / Refunds

These situations are different from this... rthib's daughter bought *Florida resident* AP's from Sam's, but will not be a Florida resident when she goes to WDW to activate. She will have to pay the difference between FL resident AP's and non-resident AP's at GS to activate the passes.

    Stormalong Bay

Only at select resorts. Stormalong Bay (YC/BC) is definitely NOT included in the resorts pools that allow pool hopping for DVC.

    Question about AP expiration date

I renewed my family's seasonal passes yesterday as well. All are showing a December 16th, 2022 expiration date. Gotta be some kind of glitch in their system.

    Grace period on AP's...

Our family has had Seasonal AP's for years, which technically expired 5 days ago, on the 26th. I received an email a while ago stating that today was my last chance to renew. I thought in the past it had always been 30 days after expiration (yes, I realize that is Disney's policy, but was...

Is Mobile Ordering still being pushed and Large Party advice

We've been here at WDW since Sunday. I haven't been anywhere that was requiring mobile order. All had at least one order station in operation. Most were backed up pretty good.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind ‘Holiday Remix’ will debut on November 25th!

My understanding is that it's going to open as a virtual queue, which will give them time to figure out what they can charge.

    Whispering Canyon - Breakfast

It's our family's favorite breakfast on property. We schedule it for our departure date every trip.

Is Mobile Ordering still being pushed and Large Party advice

Yep, and one of the best things they do nowadays. Tired...hot...feet hurting...kids cranky? So are the people who are walking around with a tray of food that's getting cold while you're taking up a table without food for God knows how long.
