This was one of the circumstances that I was thinking of where I thought this could be a needed accommodation for some - though it's clearly not for others. Likewise maybe you can deal with a 20 min line, but you can't deal with a 60 min line. There is nearly infinite variation possible.

This might not be abuse as the system as the rules are written, but it also highlights how the system is broken, and that people were/do treat DAS like FP+. And I am sure there are people for whom this type of access might be important, and I am sure there are many for whom it is not.
