So we were at Disney when my daughter was 4. I scanned my finger for her. Now she is 7 and we are going in a few days. Will I have to scan my finger for her again?
We leave next week for Disney. I have been watching the weather and it says rain both our park days. Any brand of poncho I should be looking for? Will rain cancel the evening fireworks/projection shows? Do the roller coasters shut down when it rains? Thanks in advance. This will be my...
We are going to Disney the last weekend in June. I have our Fast passes all set. I know it is going to be hot and crowded. I have only gone to Disney in November and December. Does anyone have any tips for me? Thanks
We have two days at Disney this June and have a bit of a problem. My son wants to go to Hollywood Studios, my daughter wants to go to Animal Kingdom but wants to watch Fantasmic too. Would I be able to get a parker hopper upgrade for two of us? Or do I have to get it for all of us?
The idea...
Has anyone done an After Hours Event before with their kids? Magic Kingdom is going to have an After Hours Event while we are there and wondering if it is worth it. How did your kids handle being out so late? Thanks.
We will be traveling to Orlando for a few days this summer. We are planning to go to Disney, but want to visit Universal while we are there. We have 1 day and are trying to pick which park to go to. DS (10) is a huge Harry Potter and Marvel fan. My DD (7) is more of a Disney fan. I worry she...
My daughter and I sat right as Steam Boat Willie comes out, all the way to the right. It was pretty good seats. I don't think it matters where you sit, they all seem good.
We were at Disney 3 years ago and still have our magic bands. We are planning a trip this June and staying off property this time. Should we buy new bands and link them or go with the old ones. Will the old ones work? I know they have changed the style of the band since we were there.
Thanks!
I think it is worth it. Even though I used my own camera/phone for pictures, the Photopass photographers got some great ones. My husband thought it was too expensive so we didn't get it. I wish we did!
I would say January, but I would be concerned about weather getting there. We drove, and always takes us through the mountains, regardless how we go. Snow would be a huge issue for me. Plus if you fly, snow can really cause some problems.
We were these last November. I wore capris and a t shirt all week. Evenings were cool. A light sweater is all I needed. The days were perfect, mid 70's low humidity.
My family was able to do a 5 night trip 4 park days trip for $3,000. We stayed at a value resort. Took lots of snacks with us, drove, and stayed with family on the way down and back.
