I'm really saddened by this. Stan Lee was my hero and someone I looked up to for several reasons (one being his views on humanity). The first book I ever read cover to cover was Spider-Man. This on top of losing Carrie Fisher, saddens my heart. :worried:

I second this. I don't believe they're concerned with the subject matter. It probably just has more to do with the liability/risk of wearing the equipment.

I don't know if I really get this argument (or need for it ) that Disney Springs is considered part of the resort. It's not a "shopping mall", it's a themed area that does add value and convenience onto a Walt Disney World trip. While you may plan Disney Springs for arrival or departure day...

I happen to think this is a nice change of pace though, there are plenty of places to stay that ARE heavily themed, but sometimes it's nice to have the break. Though I do love Universal's hotels and agree at some points they do out theme them.

I'm also really surprised by this. The minimal details for all the holiday things surprise me as I feel like at this point I was pretty in depth planning my Halloween party last year (as far as distance from party dates).

Unfortunately they won't be able to make everyone happy all the time.
