Thanks for making this post OP as I was about to book plane tickets, but read this post instead. We have a trip booked end of April/early May 2023. If we drive down, I calculated we will save about $3000! Totally worth the try for us!

I was in the same dilemma. Thankfully, the decision was made for me and CBR was booked for our dates. We really enjoyed our stay at POR (also a family of 5) so I am not disappointed.

I missed the splash pad- it looks fun! I think we might give CBR a go, it is much less than POR and then we can try our luck on the Skyliner.

I am looking at staying here also, as it came up at a great rate! Last time we stayed at POR, we are a family of 5, and loved it! My concern with CBR is that the pools look a bit boring compared to POR. Any thoughts on how those two compare? Or the pool situation?

We don't wear rings, at all. I have sensitive skin, so we just opted to not have rings. If we did wear them, I imagine it would just be second nature to wear them on holiday. If it was something, I would take off at night, I would probably just leave them at home. I'm forgetful and lose...
