There are three dedicated 1BRs that are larger than the others but it is not by 100 sq ft. Those are standard view 1BRs right at the corner turn from front view to tennis court view, room numbers 2123, 3123, and 4123. Otherwise the 1BRs are close in size to each other, about 712 sq ft. There are a number of places online where you will find assertions of much larger sq footage of rooms than actually exists at BWV. That error began as a result of a DVC error made more than 20 years ago when it actually published incorrect room sizes for BWV that were much larger than the actual sizes. It took Disney a long time to correct the error, with the result that even now more than 20 years later those larger sizes get mentioned somewhere.
