Wouldn't it be a good way to get a list of potential buyers if there was a dozen bids on this bringing iti up to 11500-12000? Ebay allows second chance offers when the seller has similiar items. I am sure all bidders will get a second chance offer at a higher price. THe list remax gets would be worth gold since all bidders are allready cash commited buyers.

Too bad this was a private auction since we will never know if the other bidders will recieve additional offers. I still think this was some type of marketing gimmick. It was probably at the expense the individual contract owner but I could be wrong.
