"Be Our Guest" does it have quick service so we can see the castle?

Although I would love to book a ressie for Feb. 25th, 27th or Mar. 1st there appears to be no availability. The reservation specialist at WDW I spoke with said that she was pretty sure but not 100% that you could eat there for lunch via quick service and still see the whole castle, if we couldn't get a dinner ressie. Does anyone know for sure?

It will be counter service for lunch, but I don't know how accessible all areas of the restaurant (not castle) are during that time.

When we were there looking at Be Our Guest during "Dress Rehearsals" last week they definitely spoke of an area that was for Quick Service.

Will you be able to see thesis dining room? That I don't know.
