I was on Brilliance several years ago for a 12-night Med cruise and LOVED her. I'm a real fan of the Radiance Class ships - it still feels like a ship and not a floating city block. (I've done all the Radiance Class ships except Serenade.) The shows are hit or miss - I've learned on non-Disney ships to sit on an aisle and towards the back so I can escape quickly if necessary. But on Brilliance anyway, I had a fabulous stateroom host - her name is Yara...we had a lot of chats in the hallway, and I know she said she would love to move to Disney but she had so much seniority at RCCL...I encouraged her to at least talk with Disney and see what level she'd be able to go in at, but I don't know...if she's on Brilliance and you have her, you're in for a treat!! And my servers (sadly i have forgotten their names) were amazing - as were all of them in the general area of My Time Dining. They all spoiled me rotten. LOL.
