can i have some quick meal ideas?

in a studio, but i know someone has some quick mico, brkfst ideas or lunch, i was bringing mac and cheese, and ravioli's..any idea's

We bring Quaker instant oatmeal for breakfast very quick and easy. We also do waffles and cereal. Lunches we have PB&J or ham sandwiches and dinner we will bring Kraft dinner easymac.
