Caution-using vouchers at CRT

We used vouchers at CRT on 2 occasions in the past two weeks. We had been previously charged the 20. deposits, and reminded the waiter/waitress we wished to be credited for our deposits since we were paying with vouchers. I believe the waiter wrote "20. deposit" on top of our bill, and the cashiers must have taken it as "charge a 20. deposit". So, instead of getting credited for two deposits, we got charged an additional 2 deposits. Now Disney owes us 80. back. Unfortunately, they need a copy of my credit card statement to credit. One charge seems to have hit this statement cycle, the other, the next. Therefore, it seems I will have to wait months, if ever, for my credits. Anybody ever have this problem?
