Changes of getting ***?

We're thinking of renting points to stay at ***. We're interested in renting a deluxe room, ***. This would be our first time renting. From what I've read there aren't a lot of these types of rooms. *** is our first choice, with *** being our second choice. We are willing to do a split stay, if necessary. Just wondering what our chances are for getting one of these rooms. Will this be easy, difficult, next to impossible?

These types of villas are limited in number and often book up quickly. Unless you find an owner that owns points at these resorts, you might not be able to book them. If you go through a points broker (like David), he might not have a member who owns points at these resorts to book them exactly at 11 months out. So you might have to book the higher point category villa or a different resort.
