Shuttles leave every 30 minutes all day long at designated times. The shuttles are run by Mears Transportation, which has been a Disney partner for decades. (They run Disney's Magical Express service.) Each shuttle runs to two different parks. It's usually one to Epcot, then Disney's Hollywood Studios and the other to the Transportation and Ticket Center (transfer to monorail/ferry for Magic Kingdom), then Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Although each bus stops at multiple hotels, these stops usually only take 2-3 minutes each. The exception would be if there are wheelchairs or ECVs to load/unload. All of these hotels are literally next to each other. In some cases, it only takes 1 minute to go from one hotel to the next.

Note: With the Disney Springs Hotels being added to the Extra Magic Hours program, the shuttle buses will certainly expand beyond the "regular park hours" that are listed on these flyers.

If anyone has questions, please ask.

I think Hopperfan recommended Quailty near WDW on Port Entry. We're trying it next month.

We've stayed here a couple of times & have really enjoyed it! Their customer service is excellent, lovely pool area, CLEAN rooms, & a good free breakfast!

We stay at Floridays when being offsite (local, but like a staycation). Will be there again next week.

The Bonnet Creek hotels. The Wyndham Grand, Hilton Bonnet Creek and The Waldorf Astoria are next door to the Caribbean Beach resort surrounded by Disney property. All have shuttles.

The Wyndham Bonnet Creek timeshare resort is also there, which can be the best value if you rent from an owner. It has a shuttle, but you have to pay for it. It's likely cheaper to use Uber.

I think it would help to know what is it about Disney that is pushing you "offsite" ....
- Do you want a low room rate, below the values? Some of the above won't save money.
- Do you want free parking?
- Are you a bigger party and don't want to pay the upgrade needed at Disney?
- Do you want more space for your money?

I often stay at Best Western Lake Buena Vista Resort on Hotel Blvd for a few days prior to checking into a Disney report. Costs around $100/night. Great amenities, full service restaurant, quick serve, arcade, Disney owned gift shop with CM for questions. FL themed gift shop, nice pool, pool bar. 5 minute walk to Disney Springs on one direction. 5 minute walk in other direction to non Disney souvenir shops, chain restaurants, markets etc... They have a shuttle to Disney parks and a couple of outlet malls. You can walk to Disney Springs to bus transportation there too. Its a 10 minute (a little longer during high traffic hours) drive to SeaWorld Parks.

We stay there 3 - 4 nights and visit non Disney parks. The night before we check out, I do our laundry. $3 ea for wash and dry. On our way to our Disney resort, we stop at Winn Dixie and pick up a case of water and some snacks for the room. I love it staying there. We often getr an Epcot view room too...watch fireworks at night if we are in the room. All rooms have balconies and are 1.5 - 2 x larger than any Disney property room.

Thanks for the info.

We are debating what we want to do in the fall and wold not be doing all Disney - hence the thought of staying near by but not in the bubble.

Thanks for this info. We're staying there in Feb. We won't have a car and will probably Uber/Lyft from airport to Winn Dixie and then again from there to check in. Does this sound feasible?
