Converting WDW annual pass to DLR annual pass?

Does anyone know if you are able to convert a partially used WDW annual pass (about 12 days used) to a Disneyland Resort Annual pass? We won't be needing the WDW portion again during the year & will be visiting Disneyland for 5 days on our way back to Austrralia. Thanks.......

No you can't. Annual Passes are only good for the resort that they are purchased for.
