DDP-Room service

Quick question- can you use DDP for in-room meals? Thanks in advance!

According to my DDP brochure:

"The following items are NOT included in the Disney Dining PLan:
-Room service
-pizza delivery
-In room mini bars
-Souvenir or refillable drink mugs
-Glow cubes
-Merchandise and photo imaging"

Is that really how souvenir is spelled? It just doesn't look right....
