Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

Our last night at WL before moving over the Riviera (wish it had Club Level!). For dinner/ appetizers tonight there was chicken, roasted vegetables, macaroni and cheese along with the assorted cold salads and charcuterie items. It was all very good.

Tonight’s cobbler was a repeat of Thursday’s berry. A little disappointed that Apple didn’t show up this stay, but berry is still great. We were proud of completing the cobbler challenge, which is having it all four nights of the stay

And yes there really is berry cobbler under the ice cream.

Had a wonderful 5 night stay at CSR Chronos Club last week. While I had stayed before my parents had not and it was fun to introduce them to Disney’s “newest” club level. Out of 3 CSR CL stays this was my first time getting a room actually on the 15th floor so that was awesome, my parents were across the hall without even requesting it so that was nice as well.

Nothing seemed to have changed much since my Dec trip. Breakfast is solid, snacks in the afternoon are nice (one day we asked about ice cream and they said they’d check and came back with a couple Mickey Bars), dinner not really our style but it was solid for an appetizer spread and we did dinner elsewhere afterwards each night. We’ve already covered the interesting wine pour situation 🤣

Staff were excellent with allergies. They made my Dad scrambled eggs without milk and got my sister gluten free pasta, bread & muffins while never once making either of them feel they were an inconvenience. The staff were always very cheerful, often chatty. The 2 espresso machines are ideal so when one goes down you’re still good to go! No kids in our party but I saw many who seemed delighted with those pretty mocktails they do for kids at the club.

One afternoon I came in and it seemed a group of TAs was being toured around by Disney (people wearing big badges with Disney and their agencies names on them), a Disney CM leading them and they were taking photos left and right but not touching the offerings. So, maybe we’ll be seeing a publicity push for Chronos or CLs soon.

Sausage frittata, bacon, oatmeal & Spanish potatoes. Potatoes were usually rather cool so grab them last and eat them first. Oatmeal was out every morning. Bacon would switch out with sausage. Frittata switched with scrambled eggs.

Gluten friendly Raspberry biscuit cake & lemon olive oil cake with blueberry sauce. There were usually 2 different rotating desserts over here at night. Up at the counter they always had choc covered espresso beans, M&Ms and chocolate cupcakes with white frosting. They had other stuff there too but I don’t recall and didn’t grab a photo.

Top two photos were pretty consistent, kid dish changed between pasta, Mac n cheese and corn dog nuggets. This particular evenings apps were potatos bravas with spicy aioli and salmon with tomato chutney. My salmon was quite dry but my Mom’s was fine so if yours is lousy maybe try another piece. Didn’t see the swordfish, I think that’s only once a week so maybe we missed that night. The night they did heart of palm cakes and tuna they went through a lot of Mac N Cheese, pretty much the same behavior I saw in Dec. I’m not the only non-fan of those lol…

We are staying club level for the first time in June at the Grand Floridian. What kinds of things should I be telling them ahead of time? I have gestational diabetes, so have to eat low carb, and my boys have allergies. Do I tell them this or do they not care? Kind of what is out is what you get? Thank you!

Send DSS an email. Once you’re there talk to the CMs. CSR was good with our group allergies and I see no reason GF won’t be as well.

I took a bit of a gamble and got dh an AP last May. He has had 3 trips with it. Why not 4? Flying down 5/25 at 6am direct and staying until 5/27 6pm. A decent amount of time.

What did I book? Surprisingly Disney Visa had BWI resort view as a special $418. CL was not offered and AP discount on cl’s all $800 up our dates so another non cl room stay.

Easy enough on the boardwalk to find drinks or pop into Epcot. 👍

2 weeks until I head to Paris! The DLP part is 5/13-16. Castle Club? Pricey? Yesssss . Once in a life time? Yesssss

Sometimes you just have to book it. No regrets.

Of course I will get pix😊👍👀🏰

DS and I are going to do a few trips before our APs expire (still grappling with renewing or not), and we’ve chosen to do the MYOCL at Saratoga Springs in a 1-bed. $420 with the AP discount vs the $800 you’re mentioning for cl. We’re going to a concert at HoB, so I’m excited for the walkability to DS! I’m hoping bookings go down enough at cl (wishful thinking), that they’ll produce a discount & we can squeeze in another trip and book a club room. If I ultimately decide not to renew AP, I might still splurge on one last club stay(hence why there are no big discounts) 😉.

That’s the only resort I have left to stay at! Having all the DS restaurants you surely can make up for no cl.

There has been so much CL availability for my Feb,April and May trips. ‘Cause we don’t want to pay that much.

🤞🏻prices come down sooner than later.

We love club level trips, obviously! Over the years we've found that when we're staying around MK or on Crescent Lake we never take enough time to try out all of the highly regarded restaurants and lounges at Disney Springs. Some had been on our list for ages. So in January I booked us a 4 night stay in a 1 bedroom villa at SSR with the plan being to just enjoy this new to us resort and spend a lot of time in DS trying out the lounges and restaurants. Not gonna lie, when we arrived and I saw how spread out everything was, I nearly cried. I quickly got over it though and we had a fabulous trip. We ended up doing it again in March for 5 nights and we added Cirque du Soleil. I can't say enough good things!
Our next few trips will be club level with lots of park time too, but we really loved trying something new and will absolutely do it again in the future.

Edit: I should mention, this was just me and my husband. No kids or grandkids. I'm not sure any of them would be able to chill out for that long!

Saratoga is a great place to exercise. They have the gym and you can walk and run outside to your heart's content.
We like to walk over and back to Olivia's @ Old Key West for breakfast. I just wish you could get into Disney
Springs earlier for Starbucks. Since they introduced the security screening there, you can't get in
until 10:00 a.m.

That sounds fun. We like to explore too.

Good to know, thx.

Wow. It looks beautiful. And peaceful. 😀
I heard the weather is hot in Orlando this weekend—perfect for a swim. Are you running this weekend? Enjoy CR! If you happen to be CL, I’d love a few pics—I hear there are some breakfast changes (cheese omelette, cheesy potatoes??). Thank you.
We just returned last night from 3 nights CR Tower Club. Had cheese omelets one morning, cheesy potatoes every day😋😋, bacon, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs every day as well. One day had chicken sausage in addition to the bacon, plus the usual CL breakfast offerings. Not a coddled egg in sight.

This makes me sad. If I want to get Everglazed, which opens at 9am, I’ll need to Uber or drive to the parking garage since you can get through security there at 9am. Thanks for saving me an unproductive walk!

That’s amazing news (Re: the coddled eggs). Sounds like the breakfast has improved. Any other menu updates?
Hope you had a great trip.
