They are part of the same complex right?
So if you wanted to walk over to the Grand portion..how long would that take?
It also looks to me like the Signature is off the strip..so how far of walk (blocks/mins?) to get to the strip?

Depending on which building you are in at Signature (there are three), and where you are going at MGM Grand, about 8 - 12 minutes. There is a walkway that connects Signature with MGM Grand.

The MGM Grand is one of the largest hotels in the world and has over 5,000 rooms. It will take a long time to walk anywhere. If you are walking from the building closest to MGM Grand to the Spa, about 8 minutes. If you are walking from the farthest building to the Rainforest Cafe, about 12 minutes or longer, if the casino is crowded.

Ask at the front desk of your building the best way to get to the strip. Depending on where you are going, they may tell you to walk through the Signature complex to Harmon and get to the Strip that way. If you want to go to NYNY or Excalibur, I would walk through the MGM Grand. If I were going to Bellagio, I would take Harmon to the Strip. FYI, that part of Harmon is dusty and dirty from construction at the condos they are building at Planet Hollywood and also from CityCenter construction.

Thanks for the info, I was checking the MGM Grand/Signature websites and just could not find anything that would give me a idea how far it is.
This will help when it comes time to make a decision on a hotel.
The Signature suites look so nice!

If you look at the property on Google Earth, you can see the walkway. Have fun planning your trip!
