Just bought and close this month at BCV....question, i'll get 270 points in December and 100 from the prior year...once i close, how long do i have to "bank" those 100 points for use in 2014?....

if the 100 points have been banked into the 2014 use year, then you have until Nov 30, 2015 to use them. If they were from a 2011 use year, and previously bank into 2012 use year, they will need to be used by the Nov 30, 2013.
If they are not banked and are 'new' 2012 points, you have to bank them by July 31, 2013.

If you have a Dec UY, I think you are saying you have 100 points from Dec 2012 to bank into your Dec 2013 UY. You would have to bank them by the end of July (four months before the end of the UY). Then you could use them from Dec 1, 2013 until Nov 30, 2014.
