DVC points for Disneyland Paris resorts

Hi!
I am not a DVC owner but my sister is. I will be going to Disneyland Paris the first week of December and was wondering if it is possible to use DVC points to make reservations at any of their resorts.
It will only be for 3 or 4 nights, but that would help my sister who right now is on a "use of loose" situation regarding her DVC points for the current year.

I think it depends on when your sister bought her contract and whether it was direct or resale.

I am not sure I understand the question... but she bought her points in 2010 directly from Disney.

OK. It's because there are limitations on resale points purchased after a certain period (can't be used for Disney Collection, etc.)

The points can be used to book Disneyland Paris, if there is availability. The first week of December is between 26 & 72 points per night, depending on where you want to stay.

But it looks like the points have to be booked prior to the last 4 months of the use year. Not sure where she is at her use year....

Probably too late then. Her points will expire in February 2019.
