Final countdown! Our Christmas itinerary

We're leaving in less than two weeks for a short early December trip and crossing our fingers for some sunshine and warm weather (traveling from Canada where it already feels like it's been winter forever!).

This will be our first trip with a baby and the first time we aren't commando touring. Our son is 8 months old so we are really trying to slow down, enjoy a different experience and realize that if we get half of the below done we'll have done well! That being said, here is a rough outline of our plans:

December 4

Flight arrives MCO 12:53pm
Check in @ the Beach Club
Nap, settle in, relax and have some snacks in our room (having groceries delivered)

ADR: Dinner @ Via Napoli 4:45pm

Fastpass: Frozen Ever After 6:00-7:00

Our plan is to wander the World Showcase, hope baby falls asleep in the carrier and catch 9:30 Illuminations, then walk back to our room.

December 5

Morning in Epcot
Fastpasses: The Seas w/ Nemo 10:25-11:25, Living with the Land 12:15-1:15, Character Spot 1:20-2:20
Lunch - planning to eat at Sunshine Seasons after riding Living with the Land

Back to Beach Club for nap/swim 2-4pm(ish)

Evening in MK (via bus)
Dinner at Columbia Harbour House

Again crossing our fingers baby will sleep in the carrier/stroller and we can stay out for Happily Ever After!

December 6

Morning in AK
Fastpasses: Na'avi River Journey 9:20-10:20, Festival of the Lion King 11AM show, Kilimanjaro Safari 11:30-12:30
Lunch - Satu'li Canteen

Back to Beach Club for nap/swim 2-4pm(ish)

Afternoon/evening plans will depend on the weather. If it happens to be warm and sunny we might relax at the resort and swim or we may hop on the bus to Disney Springs (we haven't been since it was Downtown Disney!).

December 7

Morning in MK (via bus)
Fastpasses: Pirates 10:15-11:15, Jungle Cruise 11:15-12:15, Space Mountain 11:20-1:20
Lunch - counter service somewhere in MK, maybe Cosmic Ray's or Pecos Bill depending on where we are when we get hungry

Back to Beach Club for nap/swim 2-4pm(ish)

Evening plan is to walk over to Epcot, eat at the Holiday Kitchens, see what FP we can pick up or try to see some of the Candlelight Processional. If we didn't make it to Illuminations on our arrival night, we'll try to watch it this night.

December 8

Morning in AK
Fastpasses: Disney Pals 9:50-10:50, Safari 10:50-11:50, Flight of Passage 12:50-1:50
Lunch - probably Flame Tree BBQ

Back to Beach Club for nap/swim 2-4pm(ish)

Evening plan is to tour the MK resort holiday decor, eat CS at one of the resorts and head to the MK for a bit if baby is feeling up to it. This is our back-up Happily Ever After night.

December 9

Morning in MK (via bus) - will have to check out and leave our bags with Bell Services and just bring a stroller and diaper bag to the park as our flight isn't until 9pm!
Fastpasses: Dumbo 10:10-11:10, Winnie the Pooh 11:50-12:50, Splash Mountain 1:10-2:10

We'll eat lunch somewhere at MK then probably head back to the Beach Club and find somewhere quiet for baby to nap in the stroller. Magical Express should come to pick us up around dinner so we might have time to grab some last quick snacks from Epcot or might end up just looking around at the decorations at the BC/YC/BWI.

The weather seems pretty variable in December but we are hoping for at least one day of temperatures high enough to swim in the afternoon.

I'm trying to stay as flexible as possible and not have any "must-dos" because my only must do is really not to stress and try to avoid as many crying baby meltdowns as possible!

Does this look like a feasible plan or is there anything glaring we are missing? We have intentionally skipped DHS this trip because we are trying to stick to rides we can all ride together and the thrill ride/show mix they have doesn't seem quite as conducive to a baby. We've also seen Beauty and the Beast and Frozen Singalong so many times we don't feel the need to repeat!

Would love any feedback as we fine-tune!
